The staff helped me find a rare restaurant open on Christmas, enhancing my stay. The spacious Sky Suite with a luxurious shower made it feel special despite a minor billing oversight.

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and I really liked the room and the breakfast. One of the amenities is an underground car park, the exit from which is in the building next to the hotel. For those staying at the hotel there is a 20 percent discount on parking fees. The reception staff is extremely friendly. At my request to find a room with discreet flowers in the decoration, I was offered an upgrade to a new, very beautiful room called Sky Loft. Very beautiful and spacious room with zoning - a huge, very comfortable bed on the catwalk and a living area with a very beautiful and comfortable sofa ... Very beautiful bathroom, bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer with long wire, great shower facilities. The view from the window - on the rooftops and the central part of the city (best restaurants and shops in two or three minutes walk) . Excellent noise insulation and very comfortable room temperature. I will gladly return to this hotel and this room again.

Category "Designer" number. Possibility to open window (searched exactly hotel with opening windows). Pleasant bathroom. Qualitative cosmetics - shampoo, air conditioning, shower gel, lotion for body - nothing need to carry with itself. Shower cap. Good shower head, good ventilation. Showerhead without barriers, water flows directly to the floor, spray is outside the shower, it is not a problem, you can wipe. Sturdy slippers, do not need to carry, in the room kettle - very comfortable. It's a lovely breakfast... comfortable pillow (even two) is a rare treat for mid-level hotels.
Category "Designer" number. I note the "quiet room" if possible, then predictably get a room overlooking a blank wall in the yard. I think it's fine, there's one "but. " When the window is open, you can hear the rumble of some working mechanism at any time of day or night. At first it was hard to adjust, then I got used to it. I'd prefer a really quiet room, No renovation for a long time. Old repair, not new design either. You expect more from hotels that position themselves as "design something". With pictures on the site, real room has little in common. sink with a crack, door to the bathroom closes with such force and noise that at night it is desirable to simply cover the door. soft mattress, opinions are divided on this issue. Personally, I was not very comfortable.

I loved my stay here, especially the cozy atmosphere with comfy beds and a nice shower. The terrace was perfect for unwinding, offering great spots to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Just wish there were more convenient snack options in the mini bar. 😊

Cozy hotel in 5 minutes on foot from the station. Ordering a single room is free upgrading to a spacious double. price for a room at normal rates is high since he booked the day before arrival, there was a discount of almost 50%, so the discount policy plus! staff is polite, smiling, and always happy to help. room had everything you need including an iron and board, bathrobes, tea/coffee, spoon and a shoe sponge. There was a safe, big TV, air conditioning. AC, without it all is very well located. There is an Italian restaurant on the ground floor. Breakfast is not luxurious, quite decent.
Wi-Fi used to slow down at times. The average speed was 8-9 MBit, but sometimes it subsided to 1-2 MBit.

The comfort of the room I stayed in was well thought of. And the dinner at the restaurant was of good quality.
The hotel was very clean and well kept. Please do the same to the parking garage!

It has very good location in the center of the city and very polite and helpful staff. There are a little always empty "night club" right inside the hotel and realy nice italian restaurant.
We booked the room "Envy Plus". We expected something like deLuxe class in 4star hotel. But at fact the "Envy plus" it is very simple and low quality room. Like 3 star at Nicaragua. And even there wasn't a card for pre-order the breakfast, that we usualy use to hang outside of the door in evening. So the name "Envy Plus" it seems like a finnish joke. Staying there we realy envied people who stayed in another hotels around. There was a lot of flyers with advertising "the best breakfast in Finland", but in fact the breakfast menu the worst that I seen in Finland last ten years.

The room and breakfast were very enjoyable and the staff were really helpful. The design elements of the hotel were interesting and lovely. This was our first visit to Helsinki and the hotel was part of a very enjoyable stay.
I found the mattress a little soft .

Everything was great from the breakfast through to the room. I can highly recomend a stay here. Tram stop right out front and a short walk down to the city centre or the bus/train stations. Also a very close walk down to the water for a day trip on the boats
